His main wish, however, was to have white teeth and a wider smile. Our main goal was to preserve the structure of the patient’s natural teeth by filing down as little enamel as possible. We used ceramic veneers to obtain the desired length, color and shape of the teeth.

The patient had a genetic abnormality (congenital lack of teeth), an asymmetric dental arch caused by a traffic accident and wide spaces between the teeth. The patient received fixed teeth on six implants in the lower jaw, while in the upper jaw we used ceramic crowns. Thanks to the hard work of our team of experts we restored full masticatory function and an attractive smile to this young patient.
