The patient was not satisfied with her smile. Her gums covered a large portion of her teeth which, as a result, appeared much shorter. By performing coronal lengthening of the clinical crown we were able to show the teeth in their full form and we achieved an aesthetically ideal, wide smile. Using this method also preserves the patient’s teeth.
